Overwatch Announces What's Next As It Reaches The End Of Its First Year-Long Story Arc

A new hero, map and more is on the way! Apart from all the Diablo news, the team behind the free-to-play team shooter Overwatch (formerly known as Overwatch 2 ) shared a handful of new announcements at this year's BlizzCon. Firstly, Doctrine ( Hero 54 ), the vampire-inspired support hero and ally of Doomfist, is arriving in Season 5 on 6th October 2026.
